Translucent chaotic lines on your desktop

Looking around for a cool screensaver? Filigree might just be the one for you. This screensaver shows blue translucent lines weaving and intertwining together. The lines grow and fill up your screen infinitely until you decide to move your mouse and display your desktop again.

Filigree is a bit tricky to install. After unzipping the file, you'll have to place the src file where you're sure not to erase it. Best is to find the file where you store all of your other screensavers. To activate it just double click the icon. Filigree lets you configure a number of parameters like glow, speed or symmetry. We recommend taking a few seconds to adjust them to the animation you feel most comfortable with.

Filigree is a highly original screensaver that we recommend you install on your computer.

Filigree is a screensaver that shows a network of lines as they weave elaborate and chaotic patterns through space. Filigree for Mac OS X is a universal binary and may be run natively on Intel or PowerPC Macs running OS X 10.4 or higher. It has been localized in English, French and Japanese.

Filigree for Windows is a port of the original OpenGL version. It is presently in beta status due to a lack of thorough testing on a suitable range of operating systems, graphics cards, and monitor configurations. It does not presently include localizations for languages other than English.
